donut inspired.

i'm feeling supersweet .. or should i say - HUNG-A-RY at that time. i wonder - what i'm going to do this holiday .. alone .. by myself .. in this house ? thinking thinking - CUPPACAKES ! bingo ! it's been so long i haven't done baking.


so, i made these babies last friday - they're delish. they smell wonderful and OH MY GOD - taste good as it looks ! i was kind of inspired with donuts. when i did the cupcakes, i pictured the big apple donuts in my head but it was intepreted for my special cupcakes.

i made about 15 vanilla's with different toppings. when i did the first batch (about 12), my family especially my beloved mother ate about 3 or 4. my dad ate one, my brothers ate 4 - do the math = left only 4 cupcakes. i haven't ate one yet and there's 4 left - either it was really good or these people are really hungry.

whoppee - it looks like i'm gonna make some more and this time - it's a SUPRISE ! so, stay tune for the next batch !
